Healthy & Hearty Breakfast

If you don’t have time to cook anything for breakfast, Chia Seed Pudding is the way to go. Easily prepared the night before. In the morning, just add toppings or take it with you.

Chia Seed Pudding:
-》2 C of Almond Milk
-》1/2 C of Chia Seeds
-》 Add vanilla for flavor as desired.
Mix together until it begins to thicken. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, add desired toppings ranging from the following:
-》 Berries
-》Coconut Shavings
Etc etc etc.
