I always put small berries in the freezer before mixing into a smoothie. It makes your smoothie nice and cold without needing to add ice. Ingredients include: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, and spinach. I always add some juice, flaxseed, and protein powder.
