My favorite thing about smoothies is pretty much just pulling everything out of my fridge that could be made into a smoothie. So, here is what I have today. Surprisingly enough, this blender is about 12 years old from Wal-Mart – it still works like a charm. I keep the raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries in the freezer to make the smoothie really cold. That way no ice is needed. For this smoothie, I also added a banana, kiwi, a few strawberries, a handful or two of kale, a lot of spinach, Isopure protein powder, and Santa Cruz Organic Mango Lemonade (which by the way is Ahhmazingly delicious). P.S. I may also have a wine problem.
